Goodbye To An American Hero & Patriot

Fred Korematsu has died. As a United States citizen in World War II, he challenged the internment of citizens and residents of Japanese descent in internment camps for the duration of the war. He lost in what is widely regarded as one of the worst decisions ever in the history of the Supreme Court. Mr. Korematsu remained active in civil rights until his death.
