Representative Tim Ryan From Ohio's 17th District: My New Hero

The scenario is this: last week in an attempt to force congressional Republicans to discuss what we are going to do to relieve our stretched and stressed military forces, Rep. Charles Rangel (D) of New York introduced a bill to reinstate the draft. He did not want it to pass, in fact, he voted against it. What he wanted was a discussion of the issues.

Rep. Tim Ryan (D) rose to speak against the bill and he was magnificent.
