Be a Patriot. Help shut Guantanamo.

It is our national disgrace. We can do better, and for over 200 years we have done better. Even during a civil war, with brother fighting brother, we did better. During the anti-immigrant panics of the 1920's we gave Sacco and Vanzetti a trial. In the middle of the Red scare Julius and Ethel Rosenberg were given a trial. Timothy McVeigh got a trail. Charles Manson got a trial. We can do better; we are the United States of America and we should do better. We are the example that others strive to emulate. We are the shining city on the hill; the beacon of liberty. Don't let the flame of freedom be extinguished at home!
