Regarding My Promise . . .

Hey, you knew when I promised that I'm an alcoholic. If there is any one thing that all alcoholics share, besides the drinking, it has be that we are apt to promise and not deliver.

Actually, I really try not to promise anyone anything because of that. I want you to like me so I say what I think will make you happy. I still do that.

Even when I don't actually know who you are!
